Oil responds to the demonstrations of brick factories

{Economic: Al Furat News} The Ministry of Oil confirmed today, Monday, that it is preparing black oil for brick factories at a subsidized price.
The ministry said in a statement; It is "committed to supplying the brick factories with the prescribed share of black oil and at the subsidized price," noting that "the subsidized price represents 15% of the price of the global bulletin."
And she added, "It is studying the requests of the owners of brick factories to provide them with the amount of fuel when the factories stop for maintenance purposes."
Some governorates witnessed demonstrations by owners of brick factories, complaining about the high prices of fuel supplied to them.
Last September, the Ministry's Oil Products Distribution Company denied any increase in the prices of black oil supplied to brick factories, noting that the approved price of black oil is 100,000 dinars per ton, equivalent to 100 dinars per liter.
