{Politics: Al-Furat News} The independent politician, Youssef Al-Kalabi, announced that the Federal Court is at a historic turning point and the majority government will not last 6 months.
The useful summary.. In important news, you can find it on Al-Furat News Channel on Telegram.. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Al-Kalabi said; The program (State Dialogue), broadcast by Al-Furat satellite channel tonight, said: "There is a strange decision by the judiciary, although its decisions are final, and there is clear confusion in all aspects of the electoral process, and there is a lot of evidence of great confusion in the election results."
He added, "No real official report has been announced naming the party that carried out the attempted assassination of Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, which is a crime against all Iraqis and targeting the symbol of the state, and it is an insult, and all the factions and parties agreed to refuse to bomb the prime minister's house."
Al-Kalabi pointed to “an attempt to demonize the mobilization and the factions in an organized manner, and there are markets where weapons and explosives are sold,” adding, “The US forces had no role in fighting ISIS, but on the contrary supported the terrorists, and the United States should apologize for its crime in assassinating the martyrs of the victory leaders.”
With regard to the appeals submitted to the Federal Court, Al-Kalabi explained, "The court is fully aware of the political crisis and what those objecting to the results presented real and realistic evidence, and there is a major defect in the elections and voting devices, and clear confusion in the work of the Commission and the failure to resolve the counting and manual counting in a realistic manner, but was done on the basis of the apparatus."
And he added, "We are surprised by the insistence of the United Nations representative, Jenin Plaschaert, and her massive intervention, and her insistence on the integrity of the elections before the international community, despite the presence of demonstrations rejecting the results and refusing to count the demise of manual counting, and this increases the area of our doubts."
Al-Kalabi was surprised, "Blaschart interfered with the work of the Iraqi judiciary, and what is happening has become clear and there is doubt and pushed towards creating a state of distrust between the Shiite parties.
And now the Federal Court, with its new formation, is facing a major turning point in their history, in light of the presence of realistic evidence, and regardless of their conviction, the decision must be taken, and we are waiting for the final decision, and there are many proposals that must reach a solution.
” The political parties that Iraq is a single formation and the process of leaving it in this way calls for sitting and dialogue to agree on a working paper.”
Al-Kalabi called on the leaders of the Shiite house, to “turn around this part regardless of the form of the next government and what they will attend to to correct catastrophic mistakes before 2019, which is a last chance for Parliament and save The country will sit down for a dialogue table and draw up lines and tools.”
And he indicated, "The Iraqi situation does not allow delaying the formation of the government, but the premise of its formation is more important than its formation, and there will be no caretaker government or a second term, and the political majority in this crisis is difficult to form and will not last for 6 months. ".
Al-Kalabi pointed out that "the consensus of the closed chambers wanted to monitor and legislate the parliament and the opposition obstructing the government's performance is destructive and not positive, and we have files related to our electoral masses that we must agree on, including the development of the patriotic spirit in all regions of Iraq."
And he concluded, "The rest of the political parties, Sunnis and Kurds, are supposed to take their role in extinguishing the fuse of the crisis and presenting solutions initiatives, and Iraq today is going through the most difficult political crisis with all its axes that has not occurred since 2003, and I see going to a "relaxed" majority government."
