The "resistance" threatens: the American dream of stability in Iraq will not come true
Shafaq News/ The "resistance" coordination in Iraq vowed on Tuesday that it will "force" the US forces to withdraw from the country after the end of the period agreed upon between Baghdad and Washington, by the end of this year.
The coordination said in a statement received by Shafaq News Agency, "Day after another, it is confirmed to us that the occupying American forces are not serious in implementing the parliament's decision, and the demands of the Iraqi people to get them out of our proud Iraq, especially after the opportunity we gave them in response to the desire of the brothers in the coordination framework who worked with the government for the purpose of application of the decision.
And she added, "The Iraqi resistance, throughout the granted period, enjoyed the utmost discipline, patience and commitment, hoping that the government would perform its duty and the Americans would fulfill their pledge, but what we notice from the intransigence and arrogance indicates the existence of the insistence of the evil administration to keep their occupying forces in Iraq."
And she concluded by saying that "the American dream that its soldiers feel reassured and its bases firmly established in Iraq will not be achieved, and the peoples' defense of their countries is an unquestionable right. The exit is defeated and defeated, for there is no occupation in the land of the martyrs and the holy sites.”
The Iraqi and US sides agreed on the withdrawal of US combat forces from Iraq by the end of this year, December 31, 2021.
