{Local: Al Furat News} The Federal Integrity Commission revealed, on Monday, the issuance of recruitment orders against the former president and members of the Nineveh Provincial Council, on the background of the investigation into the case of missing wheels they owed.
The Commission’s Investigation Department, while talking about the details of the case that it investigated and referred to the judiciary, reported that the Nineveh Investigation Court, which is specialized in integrity issues, had issued summons orders against the former head of the Provincial Council, as well as (22) members of the Council for the last session, which were issued against them (24 ) A summons order, pointing out that the order was issued against the background of the investigation into the case of losing the wheels they owed during the terrorist organization ISIS’ control of the province.
The department continued, explaining that the issued orders; Based on the provisions of Article (340) of the Penal Code, it also included the Vice-President of the Nineveh Governorate Council, and the two heads of the Hamdaniyah and Telkef Judicial Council.
