, Member of Parliament Hadi Al-Salami said, on Sunday, that the parliament, as soon as it begins its work, will present the civil service law for reading for the first time, then discuss it with experts and specialists in this field, and then read it for the second time and vote on it.
Al-Salami added in an interview with the official “Al-Sabah” newspaper, which was followed by Mawazine News, that “the law will regulate the bonuses and promotions and unify the salaries of employees in the ministries of the state,” noting that “there is a large discrepancy in salaries between one department and another, in addition to allocations and petty cash, while the employee The same effort is being exerted in all state departments."
And he continued, "The Finance Committee in the previous parliament completed the procedures of the Civil Service Law a year ago and submitted it to the presidency of the Council," explaining that "the law contains 100 articles, and it will regulate bonuses, vacations, and promotions for employees, in addition to unifying the salary scale for employees in state ministries, taking into account the difference in Financial allocations from one ministry to another.” Ended 29/N33
