[ltr]London-East 5 August: Iraq press quoted sources as saying that Ibrahim Al-Jaafari arrived in London to attend a family event on Monday and has met with the National Alliance before the Iraqi Parliament session to choose candidate for Prime Minister after a meeting with new President Fouad Massoum, the Agency quoted sources in the national coalition that Al-Jaafari ended a visit to Iran for talks with Iranian officials to discuss choosing a candidate for the National Alliance headed by the Iraqi Government.[/ltr]
