    Al-Suhail, first Deputy Chairman of the Board and Aref tayfur,
    Vice-President of the Council, on Wednesday, a meeting of heads and
    representatives of parliamentary blocs and the Finance Committee with
    the participation of rose Nuri Shaways, Deputy Prime Minister for
    Economic Affairs and Minister of planning and finance, El shukrijumah
    and Abdel Basset Turki chief financial control & ishtay hawrami
    Minister natural resources in Kurdistan to discuss federal budget for
    2013 and reach a final vote in the House of representatives.

    According
    to a statement by the Chamber of Deputies received (News Agency) a copy
    of: the Tehran meeting was held in the Hall of the Constitutional
    Council the importance of speeding up the vote on the budget and avoid
    obstacles and problems concerning benefits oil companies active in the
    region, adding: everyone is under time pressure which requires access to
    the final version of the budget and a confirmation vote.

    said Nuri Shaways, Deputy Prime Minister hoped that a solution on the
    budget and end the differences and reach a satisfactory outcome for all
    parties

    It added: the Minister for planning and Minister for

    federal budget, where the final decision will be the Board members
    through a vote.

    Negotiations continue between the political blocs
    haven't reached agreement on the appropriate formula between the
    Federal Government and the KRG regarding oil and foreign companies
    benefit payment method and export quantities where the meeting could not
