BAGHDAD (Reuters) delivered a top Shiite cleric in Iraq, Grand Ayatollah Ali Sistani weight behind Iraq's Prime Minister-designate of the new Haider al-Abadi, saying that the political transition is a rare opportunity to resolve the political and security crises.
Sistani has urged the Iraqi army to raise the flag and one is aware of Iraq to avoid sectarian in reference to the need to contain the sectarian conflict Ozkah hardline Islamic state regulation.
