    Prime Minister calls for the protection of the unity of Kirkuk(Chapter VII)

    The prime minister called yesterday, the province of Kirkuk and the council to respect the Constitution, and to refrain from taking individual decisions. He urged the province to protect the unity of the city officials.
    The prime minister said, in Lqa with the Arabic channel on Monday that " the Kurdistan flag is raised in that province 10 years ago , " adding that " the escalation of the media aim to disrupt the victories."
    The Kirkuk council 's decision has raised reservations and many other components concerns in Kirkuk , including Turkmen and Arabs, which called for the House of Representatives to vote unanimously to take down the flag of the Kurdistan region in the province, and limiting it to raise the federal flag only.
    The Prime Minister said, at a press conference on Tuesday and followed the (range), " The federal government calls on the government of Kirkuk to the necessity of respecting the constitutional articles and not to make individual decisions , " calling on the governor of Kirkuk and the provincial council to "be proactive in preserving the unity of the province."
    He said al - Abadi said "disputes and crises plaguing the country requires political parties, MPs and leaders of extensive cooperation out a common vision aimed at resolving all internal bickering."
    The prime minister added that "Iraq is a country with full sovereignty and no foreign country has the right to interfere in its internal affairs or imposing visions of citizens and not fit with their attitudes."
    With regard to military developments in Mosul, he confirmed the commander of the armed forces that "security forces are making great efforts to keep civilians during editing operations in Mosul , " asserting that "our air evolve day after day , according to the international military alliance evaluate."
    In response , on charges of bombing civilians in the old city, Abadi confirmed possession of the government "documented evidence of crimes committed against civilians Daesh in Mosul , " he said, adding that "civilians are constantly demanding the government release the fastest in their cities."
    On the Iraqi participation in the Arab summit, the prime minister believed that "Iraq has proved its unity and strength and determination during the Arab summit in Jordan."
    He continued Abadi , that "Iraq has met all the international sanctions imposed on it during the reign of the former regime, which caused internal crises , culminating in the development of the country under Chapter VII." He said that "during the next two months will be agreed with the United Nations to the country 's exit from Chapter VII."
