    [size=45]MP Alia Nassif renewed her demand to the Prime Minister to dismiss the Minister of Transport, because his holding the position is invalid for violating Article (77/Second) of the Constitution, stressing that his stay in the cabinet is a burden to the government and an embarrassment to the people.[/size]
    [size=45]In a statement today, she said:“To complete the procedures we have taken regarding the invalidity of appointing Mr. (Nasser Hussein Bandar) to the position of Minister of Transport, because he does not possess a university degree or its equivalent, based on the provisions of Article (77/Second) of the Iraqi constitution, with the presence of grave legal violations in the minutes of the Certificate Equivalency Committee.” The pilots formed by Ministerial Order No. (856/6894) on January 22, 2013, in which he was the vice-chairman of the committee, and worked to pass its recommendations and awarded himself a bachelor’s degree in violation of the instructions of the basis of equivalence for Arab and foreign certificates and degrees No. (5) of 1976, Taking advantage of his position as Director General of the General Establishment for Civil Aviation, which he occupies in violation of the law as well, and because the equivalency of his testimony has been canceled by the Office of the Inspector General in the Ministry in accordance with the recommendations of the investigative committee under the administrative order No. (647/4036) on 5/9/2016 , We renew the demand of the Prime Minister to dismiss him because his holding of the position is considered invalid, and if he remainsWithin the ministerial cabinet, it is considered a shame for the government and an embarrassment for the people.”[/size]
