A proposal to merge the ministries of oil and electricity ministry and one called "energy"
BAGHDAD ((eighth day)) -
And described the former MP for the Virtue Susan Saad on Tuesday, the idea of limbering government was positive, while the proposed merging the ministries of oil and electricity ministry and one called the Ministry of "energy" like much of the developed world.
Said Saad said in a statement received by the agency ((eighth day)), a copy of which, "The overlap between the ministries of oil and electricity and a lack of recent law to organize the work being formerly a body affiliated to the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, requires merged with the Ministry of Oil.
She added that "there are many ongoing problems between the ministries of oil and electricity related to the quality and the amount of oil supplied to run power stations, etc. of other issues, which are difficult to treat unless there is a merging of two ministries in order to overcome the obstacles and the unification of the working mechanisms and management.
She described Saad that "the idea of limbering government was positive, if they are applied in earnest through the reduction of ministries that has strained the state budget without providing service to the citizen or economic benefit to remember, taking into account the granting of powers to local governments of those ministries, especially the service, including for the purpose of improvement in the qu
