Today, Sunday, the Martyrs Foundation in the federal government announced the approval of the right to combine the pension salary and the amount of social assistance.
The Foundation said in a statement, "After vigorous efforts and follow-up by the Foundation to the higher authorities in the state in order to clarify the issue of the right to combine the pension salary granted under the Martyrs Foundation Law No. 2 of 2016 and the amount of social assistance provided by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, the State Council's answer was received. In her book issued and Resolution No. (1699) on 06/16/2022 in the legal principle paragraph as follows: The
families of the martyrs have the right to combine the retirement salary granted under the Martyrs Foundation Law No. (2) 2016 and the amount of social assistance in accordance with the law.
