Paulette: Why was Sadr asking if it was already dissolved shouldn't he have known... No need to answer since we're passed that.... Just wondering"
Clare: I SAID WE ARE PAST THE CONSTITUTIONAL TIMEFRAMES...AND WE ARE....
WE WILL STILL SEE SOMETHING FORMALLY IN WRITING ABOUT THE DISSOULTION... FRANK HAS NOT SAID WE WOULDN'T...
HOWEVER,
IF YOU HAVE NOT HEARD FRANK EXPLAIN ALL THIS LAST NIGHT ..I SUGGEST YOU SHOULD.
PARLIAMENT & THE FRAMEWORK HAVE BEEN PUSHED OUT OF KAZEMI'S GOVERNMENT.
FRANK SAID LAST NIGHT KAZEMI IS STERILIZING HIS GOV...HENCE THE FINANCE MINISTER'S RESIGNATION. SOME OF YOU WON'T SEE WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS TOPIC OF DISSOLUTION UNTIL YOU SEE IT IN PRINT(AND THAT IS FINE).. FRANK PUT IT THIS WAY LAST NIGHT:
"PARL WAS DISSOLVED A LONG TIME AGO, FAMILY, IMO. EITHER PHYSICALLY, OR MENTALLY, TAKE YOUR PICK."- FRANK26
NONE OF US KNEW THE FIN MINISTER WOULD RESIGN AND THEN BOOM IT WAS IN PRINT...
SO MUCH IS GOING ON BEHIND THE SCENES...EDDIE SAID THAT IN HIS REPORT LAST NIGHT.
THIS PARLIAMENT HAS NO REVELENCE IN KAZEMI'S GOVERNMENT RIGHT NOW.... THAT IS WHAT FRANK MEANS.
HALBOUSI IGNORED A SIGNATURE REQUEST TO HOLD A SESSION...FRANK SPOKE ABOUT THAT TOO.
WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU? ...IMO WHAT FRANK HAS BEEN TRYING TO DRIVE HOME TO US...
THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH OF GOV IS OPERATING JUST FINE WITHOUT THEM AND NOTHING IS STOPPING KAZEMI'S PROMISE TO HIS PEOPLE FROM COMING FORTH. LET'S SEE WHAT DEVELOPS ...ALL IMO
************
Suzie: If parliament is basically dissolved and the executive branch under Kazemi is operating just fine, EFSL has passed and banks hooked up digitally and internationally, (Buna) I would think a new exchange rate would be presented SOON since they have signed all these contracts at a dinar rate, not to mention just taking care of their people......just MY opinion.
Clare: IT WILL BE VERY SOON IMO... WE ALL WANTED THIS DONE ALREADY ..I AM SURE ABOUT THAT!!!
BUT IT IS VERY SOON COMING....AND I DON'T KNOW THE DATE...
DID YOU HEAR THE CC LAST NIGHT? DID YOU HEAR WS's REPORT ABOUT HIS ASSOCIATES?
IMO

Paulette: I believe Frank and I are effectively stating the same thing.
Frank says "dissolved whether physically or mentally"
I agree, they are effectively "dissolved" as Sadr has them completely neutered. It doesn't matter if "physically or mentally" because they are DONE!!! Just watch it all play out. Remember, the ME politicians are all drama queens. They have to fight argue, bicker and throw shoes at each other before they can get anything done.
Frank has stated this many times throughout the years. Additionally, just as in the US and other parts of the world, many politicians are actually fighting for their lives as when the people see the corruption and Crimes against Humanity that the politicians have engaged in, they will demand them hung in the streets.
The bottom line is the finally appears inevitable. Enjoy the show in the meantime.
************
Godson: IMO.. I heard the c.c. I was just wondering why Sadr was petitioning something that doesn't exist.. Him being one of the top three he should've known.... I apologize for you to have to answer my post.... Just wondering
Clare: NO WORRIES YOU WILL SEE IT IN PRINT. IT WILL STILL BE OFFICIAL AT SOME POINT.
I GUESS I CAN'T RELAY WELL ENOUGH THAT PARL ALREADY IS IRRELEVANT. THEY HAVE BEEN PUSHED OUT ALREADY.
FRANK SAID THIS LAST NIGHT: NOBODY PAYS ATTN TO THE TERRORIST PARL/FRAMEWORK/MALIKI... PM K IS ABOUT TO ANNOUNCE THE VOTE FOR A NEW PARL. SIR, THEY SAY IT'S WITHIN LIMITS TO HAVE PM K AND OTHERS TO STAY AND FORM GOV'T AND DISSOLVE PARL. SAYING THIS IS LEGAL TO DO AND IT'S RIGHT TO KEEP PM K AS PRIME MINISTER.
EDDIE, WHEN THE SMOKE CLEARS, PM K WILL BE LEFT STANDING WITH HIS GOV'T....FRANK26
IN FRANK'S OPINION & IMO

Samson: Integrity announces the recovery of 231 billion dinars to the state treasury
18th August, 2022
The Federal Integrity Commission announced today, Thursday, the recovery of 231 billion dinars to the state treasury from an electronic payment company in the issue of the salaries of retirees outside Iraq.
A statement by the Commission's Investigation Department, a copy of which was received by Mawazine News, stated that "its investigative procedures and follow-up to the file of the pension issue outside Iraq led to the recovery of (231,352,535,563) dinars to the state treasury, which represents the amounts owed by the company (K-Card)."
The statement added that "based on the commission's follow-ups and investigative procedures in the case, the mechanism for raising the salaries of retirees abroad, which is through raising the funding from the retirement commission to the Rafidain Bank, was audited for the bank to raise salaries through the global smart card company system and through the (clearing) system, as It was found that the Rafidain Bank has been repeatedly paying the salaries of retirees to the company’s system more than once, without the company returning the accumulated amounts for a long time since it began operating in this system in 2017.
He continued, "As a result of the investigation procedures in the case and determining the amount of damage, the Central Bank of Iraq withheld the funds belonging to the International Smart Card Company; Indeed, the bank, which is suspected of being exploited in market speculation and currency trading, at the time of the administration of the accused (whose fate has been postponed to the authorized director of the company), and the fugitive accused is the deputy authorized director of the company.
He explained that "the investigative procedures are continuing under the supervision of the Judicial Investigative Authority, for the purpose of completing the investigation and checking the interest amounts," pointing out "the possibility of determining the existence of interest as a result of the exploitation of the amounts for several years from the date of 2017". Samson: Lebanese businessmen demand Iraq to pay outstanding debts since the 1990s
18th August, 2022
Today, Thursday, Lebanese businessmen demanded that Iraq pay outstanding debts and dues since the 1990s, suggesting that this be through the price of Iraqi oil exported to Lebanon, while noting that these debts caused them suffering.
The Lebanese-Iraqi Businessmen Council said in a statement received by Shafak News Agency, "The Lebanese-Iraqi Businessmen Council welcomes the visit of the Iraqi government delegation and thanks the Iraqi government for its support to Lebanon in these difficult circumstances," calling on the Lebanese and Iraqi governments to "be the rights and entitlements of Lebanese traders and industrialists." Businessmen are at the forefront of the ongoing discussions for the Lebanese to collect their dues from the price of Iraqi oil, in addition to other services provided to Iraqis in Lebanon."
The Council made a special appeal to the President of the Lebanese Republic, Michel Aoun, and the Lebanese Prime Minister, Najib Mikati, to give the necessary attention to resolving the issue of the debts and receivables of the Lebanese that have been stuck with Iraq since the 1990s, especially since most of them are dues, deposits and policies at the Rafidain Bank and other Iraqi banks as well as Iraqi ministries and public institutions. It is payable."
The Council appealed to the Lebanese state to pay attention to the "rights holders of the Lebanese who suffer from the burden of these debts," noting that "the Lebanese state has not made any effort in this direction since President Aoun's visit to Iraq in 2018."
The Council expressed its hope that the official Lebanese references would "pay much attention to the issue in order to lift the injustice against the Lebanese merchants and industrialists in order to reach a settlement of their debts and their belongings, similar to the settlement that took place with other Arab countries (Jordan - Syria - Egypt)."
The Council also drew attention to the fact that “refusing to pay over the past period has caused the Lebanese economy (especially private sector traders) severe damages, including indebtedness from banks and high banking interests to carry out their business in Iraq, and even the bankruptcy of some of them.” LINK
