    Earth News / A group of contracts of the Ministry of Transport appealed to the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia'a al-Sudani, regarding their exclusion from the installation.
    A statement by the group, which was received by Earth News, stated that “we were appointed according to the appointment order issued by the Prime Minister’s Office 11/6/17266 of the year 2019 as an exception to the controls and instructions, but the Ministry of Transport did not work according to the above book and issued a ministerial order to transfer us to 315 contracts.” After the confirmation uncles were issued, the Ministry of Finance did not recognize these contracts as illegal and in violation of Cabinet Resolutions 315 and 337, since this decision is related to converting daily wages into contracts to adapt their legal status.
    He added, "Today, we are surprised by the Council of Ministers' decision to exclude us from confirmation, as we were contracted after the date of 10/2/2019, and we have more than two years of service, and financial allocation is available, and this, and you demanded our right to confirmation in previous parliamentary sessions."
    And the statement continued, “Did you know, Prime Minister, that some employees with the aforementioned contract for more than two and a half years have been practicing their work without any monthly salary? Did you know, Prime Minister, that most of the above mentioned are engineers, and they have taken courses in various fields? We are not responsible for the decisions of previous governments, nor are they “slaves.”
    He explained that there are some ministries that fixed the owners after the aforementioned date, and this is considered a legal violation, or it is considered against (people and people) because of the relationships.
    The group called on the Minister of Transport to “pay attention to this segment,” considering it a right and not a “begging.”
