    As of today, January 1, 2023, a new list of the Russian Federal Tax Service for countries and territories that do not exchange tax information with Russia has entered into force.


    In the new "black list", which includes 89 countries and 16 territories, a number of countries were excluded from it, namely Bahrain, Andorra, Barbados, Colombia, Costa Rica, Nigeria, Pakistan, St. Lucia, Uruguay and Ecuador. Gibraltar, China's Macao Special Administrative Region and the Faroe Islands were also excluded from the "black list" of territories.






    On the other hand, Canada, the Cayman Islands, the Isles of Man and Guernsey were added to the list.
