The Finance Committee in the Iraqi Parliament announced, on Tuesday, the completion of procedures for selling dollars at Sulaymaniyah International Airport.

A member of the committee, Nermin Marouf Ghafour, said in a statement to “NAS” (February 14, 2023), that “after obtaining the Central Bank’s approval to sell dollars at official prices to tourists abroad at Sulaymaniyah and Erbil international airports, tourists can buy 100 dollars at a price of 132 thousand.” dinars at Sulaymaniyah airport today.
Ghafoor confirmed, "Today, the procedures for selling dollars at Sulaymaniyah Airport have been completed, and tourists can benefit from these facilities through the Sulaymaniyah branch of RT Bank, according to the conditions of the Central Bank, with a maximum of seven thousand dollars at a price of 1320 dinars per dollar."
And the deputy explained, "This decision will be implemented in addition to Sulaymaniyah and Erbil airports, at the Ibrahim Khalil Gate as well."
