    Information / Baghdad..
It seems that the return of the Kurdish negotiating delegation regarding the region's oil will impose new political and economic equations on the Erbil government, which can only be submitted to after the international arbitration decision to stop the oil, except with the approval of Baghdad.
The international oil companies continue to stop the oil production lines in the region and close the oil wells in the region, the latest of which was the termination of work on the Garmian projects.

A member of the Parliamentary Oil and Gas Committee, Intisar Hassan, confirmed that the efforts of the Ministry of Oil succeeded in stopping the waste of Iraqi oil through the Kurdistan region, indicating that Baghdad is now imposing its conditions on Turkey and Kurdistan in exporting oil.
Hassan said in a statement to Al-Maalouma agency, "Iraqi sovereignty will be imposed on all oil exports, including those coming from the Kurdistan region, through control by the Iraqi National Oil Company."
She added, "The final decision regarding oil exports leaving the Kurdistan region will be in the hands of the federal government in the capital, Baghdad, through the National Oil Company (SOMO)."

Hassan indicated that "the Ministry of Oil is discussing with Turkey the mechanisms for re-operating the Ceyhan oil pipeline."
The actions of the Iraqi government and international courts continue to tighten the screws on the Kurdistan Regional Government regarding the export of crude oil, the latest of which was the suspension of Ankara's transit to export it through the port of Ceyhan.
Iraq won an arbitration case, which it filed last Thursday, against Ankara regarding the export of crude oil from the Kurdistan region through the Turkish port of Ceyhan without referring to the Iraqi Oil Marketing Company "SOMO" by the Arbitral Tribunal of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris.
The Kurdistan delegation returned from Baghdad disappointed,
and economist Nabil Al-Marsoumi said in a post on "Facebook" that "
He added, "The region agreed to cancel the contracts, but due to the existence of contracts and financial obligations to receive loans and advance payments from companies, Baghdad asked to compensate companies that sell oil to the region."
He pointed out, "According to the information, Baghdad is not ready to pay the oil companies' debts amounting to 4 billion and 500 million dollars to the Kurdistan Regional Government after canceling the contracts," noting that "the region asked Baghdad to pay the debts of the companies, so the Kurdistan region will be subject to Baghdad's request."
The source mentioned in a statement to Al-Maalouma Agency, "The oil export operations in Hasira field stopped yesterday afternoon, Tuesday, but production is still continuing and the produced oil is stored in tanks."

He added, "Production in the "Karmyan" block, which is known to the public as the Hasira field, is still continuing, but in limited quantities that do not exceed 15 to 20 percent compared to the previous period.
And the leader of the State of Law coalition, Jassem Muhammad Jaafar, indicates that there is American pressure exerted against Baghdad to return from the decision to prevent Kurdistan from selling oil, indicating that the Zionist entity was greatly affected after the decision was issued.
In a statement to Al-Maalouma, Jaafar said, "The international decision to prevent the region's oil from being exported through the Iraqi Marketing Company (SOMO) has put the train on the right track, as well as the positive political impact of getting out of the region's pressures in any issue or dispute."
He added that "attempts have begun to loom on the horizon by the United States of America about finding ways, facilitating or delaying for a certain period the implementation of the decision through political and media pressure," warning "the government is drawn behind American lies because the decision prevented the Zionist entity from obtaining oil, especially since the region's oil And this certainly goes to the entity.” End 25
