    The President of the House of Representatives, Dr. Saleem al-Jubouri, on Wednesday, a delegation of the Christian denominations headed Batraak Marloas Sacco. President al-Jubouri and listened during the meeting, the visiting delegation and to the reality of the Christians in Iraq and what they have suffered in recent times at the hands of armed groups. The price of sovereignty, the fact that this visit Christians in Iraq are the people of the country, noting that extremism does not represent any religion does not distinguish between religion and another, but targeting the whole, stressing his quest turn the page on the past and started a new page for future generations.
    The president stressed Jubouri that all components exposed to injustice, and the House of Representatives seeks to redress all Iraqis, including our fellow Christians through legislation laws on this matter, adding that the council is working with the international community to support the Iraqis in order to lift the injustice and oppression inflicted upon them and do not want the migration of any Iraqi outside country because Iraq and the rest of the components of religions and sects.
    For his part, the visiting delegation to the need to support the State for the purpose of survival of the Christians who cherish their country of Iraq and they have no intention to migrate outside the country, noting that their suffering is not Daash alone, but that Christians are suffering in Baghdad from the threat of militias and other destinations armed outside the framework of the state are taking over their property and possessions.
