    Today, Monday, member of the Victory Coalition, Salam Al-Zubaidi, attributed the failure of the crises with the Kurdistan region to political agreements concluded outside the legal and constitutional frameworks, while he stressed that one of the main reasons that complicated the scene of consensus between the region and the center was the political agreement that preceded the formation of the government.

    Al-Zubaidi said, in an interview with the Maalouma Agency, that “despite the shuttle visits that took place in the previous period, things have returned to the starting point again,” noting that “sending the region’s salary funds outside the percentage specified in the budget is illegal.”   
    He continued, "The region is putting pressure on the government to implement the political agreement despite its disavowal of implementing the legal provisions in the budget," adding that "one of the main reasons that complicated the scene of consensus between the region and the center is the political agreement that preceded the formation of the government."
    Regarding the region’s violations, Al-Zubaidi asserts: “The region is required to adhere to all constitutional duties in order to find solutions to the outstanding problems between Kurdistan and the center,” adding that “the failure to resolve the crises with the Kurdistan region is due to political agreements concluded outside the legal and constitutional frameworks.”
    Member of the House of Representatives, Zahra Al-Bajari, said in an interview with the Maalouma Agency, “The regional government continues to commit legal and constitutional violations, while the government called for obliging Kurdistan to implement the legal provisions that were voted on by Kurdish representatives in the general budget.”
    The Kurdistan government continues to refrain from performing its duties by refraining from handing over the salaries of the region’s employees under the pretext of not sending them from the central government, while it still continues to illegally seize oil export funds, as well as revenues from border crossings. Ended/25/Y
