    The representative of the coordinating framework, Muhammad Al-Sayhoud, confirmed on Monday that it is still early to talk about political agreements regarding the personalities who will succeed in the executive positions of local governments.
    Al-Sayhoud told Al-Maalouma, “The coordination framework, despite having the majority of seats in the provincial councils, especially in Baghdad and the southern governorates, did not address the personalities who would take control of the local governments.”
    He added, "It is still early to talk about the personalities who will assume the executive positions of the local councils, in addition to the fact that the issue is at its beginning and this has not been discussed with the blocs within the framework or that are considered outside it."
    He stated that "the position of governor will be decided through consensuses between the blocs participating in the provincial councils."
    Al-Sayhoud pointed out that "the coordination framework is the master of the situation in Baghdad down to the southern governorates, with the exception of Basra and Holy Karbala, and an agreement will be made about the parties that will receive the position of governor." Ended 25 n
