The Ministry of Transport announced, on Thursday, that its Minister, Razzaq Muhaibas Al-Saadawi, had approved plots of land for employees of the Air Navigation Company.
The ministry said in a statement, seen by Al-Iqtisad News, that “Al-Saadawi approved the minutes of the sale of the (9) Kuwerich district, with an area of 55 dunums, from the General Company for the Implementation of Transport Projects, to the General Company for Air Navigation Services, before it was transformed into the General Company for Airport and Navigation Management.” "air".
She added, “The legal department in the ministry indicated in a letter addressed to the minister’s office that Article 25 Second of the amended Law on the Sale and Rent of State Funds No. 21 of 2013 includes (if the sale of residential real estate to state departments and the public sector for the purpose of selling them to their employees in accordance with the laws... The sale will be for the real price estimated by the sales committee and approved by the competent minister or the head of an entity not affiliated with a ministry).
She confirmed, "The Minister's approval to approve the sale minutes in accordance with the Law on the Sale and Rent of State Property No. 21 of 2013, as amended, and the instructions issued pursuant thereto."
The Ministry of Transport continued, “Al-Saadawi is keen to complete the land plots file for all formations as quickly as possible, due to the importance it poses to the lives of employees and the stability of their families,” noting that “some formations are about to complete the land requirements of their employees, after completing the necessary procedures for that, including companies.” Iraqi Airlines and the Department of Private Transport and Passengers
