    Nineveh Governor Abdul Qadir al-Dakhil said that the “development road” is a strategic project and passes 500 kilometers within the governorate, noting that there are negotiations between the federal government and the Turkish side in coordination with the Kurdistan Region to determine the entry point of the road from Iraq to Turkey.[/size]
