{Baghdad: Al-Furat News} The deputy of the Kurdistan Democratic Party bloc, Vian Dakhil, revealed that the Kurdistan region's oil export agreement between Baghdad and Erbil "does not include the outlets and the Peshmerga."
Dakhil said in the program "Before Suhoor" broadcast by Al-Furat TV channel: "The agreement to export the oil of the Kurdistan region for the benefit of Baghdad and Erbil together was concluded with the wisdom and understanding of Prime Minister Muhammad Shia'a Al-Sudani and the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani."
She added, "The region did not acquiesce to Baghdad on the issue of handing over oil to the {SOMO} company," noting that "a former Iraqi government was funding and arming the Kurdistan Party in Iraq."
Dakhil stressed "the need to implement the Sinjar agreement and hand over the city to its people."
She promised, "The independence referendum for the Kurdistan region is a national and popular right for the Kurds, who were fragmented after the [Sykes-Picot] agreement, and the referendum could be postponed until the regional and international situation is monitored.
    "
    An intruder denied that arrives"
She noted that "2,700 Yazidi women are still absent and may be married in al-Hol camp, outside or inside Iraq, we do not know."
And she stressed that "ISIS has ended militarily, but as an ideology we believe it will remain."
