The official spokesman for the ministry, [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/entity/1245218452/%D9%86%D8%AC%D9%85 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D9%82%D8%A7%D8%A8%D9%8A/ar/]Najm Al-Aqabi[/url], said that the ministry will begin implementing the increase in the salaries of retired workers starting in July, indicating that it will be in the amount of 150 thousand dinars distributed according to a retirement equation.
He pointed out that the maximum limit for the retirement salary of the worker will be 700 thousand dinars according to a retirement equation, so the one who receives the minimum limit of 350 thousand will have a salary of 500 thousand after adding the increase and so on, explaining that those whose salary reaches 700 thousand will not be included in the increase.
Al-Aqabi added that all retired workers are included, even if the beneficiary is from the retiree’s family, noting that there is no increase in social welfare salaries or any new beneficiaries due to the lack of additional allocations in the budget, stressing that approximately 1.2 million families waiting to be included in the social welfare salary have been transferred to the 2025 budget.
