Obama waits for Congress to mandate a fight "Daash" on the ground
Washington-bumpy Press -6 November: US President Barack Obama said he was seeking a new mandate from Congress in the next few weeks, the US military campaign against al "Daash", taking a new approach to get the support of Congress to meet the organization "Daash" on the ground .
He said Obama, in his remarks, that "the world needs to know that we are united behind this effort, and that the members of our military men and women deserve a clear and united support" .otcol US administration since the start of the campaign last August that it has a mandate to act against the organization "Daash" in Iraq and Syria under the mandates of Congress approved after the September 11, 2001 attacks on America, before the invasion of Iraq in 2003.

He added by saying that "it needs to be a new mandate for the use of military force, because this is not our strategy during only two months or three months ahead, but our strategy in the future."
