[rtl]Member of the Parliamentary Integrity Committee, Gharib Askar, said that there is ongoing work to recover all Iraqi funds smuggled abroad.[/rtl]
[rtl]Gharib said, "There are major legal and technical procedures being carried out by the Iraq Money Recovery Fund in order to recover smuggled funds or to recover some of them for fugitives accused of corruption and others."[/rtl]
[rtl]He added, "There are real efforts and cooperation from the Iraqi government and the Federal Integrity Commission to recover Iraq's smuggled funds, in addition to international cooperation in this field, especially since Iraq has good international relations, and through these relations it can track its funds and pursue those wanted on corruption charges." [/rtl]
[rtl]He added, "There is a parliamentary and parliamentary effort to legislate a law to recover funds, and this law will contribute significantly to recovering smuggled funds."[/rtl]
