    [rtl]Baghdad Provincial Council revealed, today, Monday, that the Citizens Affairs Department in the province receives approximately 600 complaints per month against generator owners from citizens.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The head of the Oil and Gas Committee in the Baghdad Provincial Council, Safaa Al-Mashhadani, said that the governorate recommended that the energy committees in the administrative units submit reports after the 25th of each month, especially in areas where generator contractors have installed electricity meters for the generators, while appropriate measures will be taken against contractors who violate the specified instructions, considering that the meter experiment cannot be applied in one area without another, which requires the preparation of a plan to unify the mechanisms for dealing with this file.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]He explained that the Citizens Affairs Department in the governorate receives between 500 and 600 complaints monthly from different areas  of Baghdad  through the hotline it has designated for this purpose, which is (5635), noting that most of the complaints received by the department concern various violations of generators, and the necessary action is taken regarding them immediately.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]He stressed that the governorate has given great importance to the file of government and private generators in order to preserve everyone's rights and not to wrong any party, whether the citizen or the generator contractor, noting that the  Baghdad Governorate  has formed a new committee with the capital's secretariat and the relevant security agencies in order to prepare a comprehensive and integrated plan for the generator file, with the establishment of an appropriate mechanism to provide citizens with energy that compensates them for the shortage of national electricity, according to Al-Sabah newspaper.[/rtl]
