Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari, Saturday, that Iraq needs the support of his brother politically, economically, and to postpone the payment of $ 4.6 billion dollars in compensation for Iraq's invasion of Kuwait a year helped to keep balance in 2015, for the position of the State of Kuwait to postpone payment of such compensation.
