    The
    State of law Coalition denied his intention to pass controversial
    legislation, including oil and gas, and infrastructure, in accordance
    with the principle of simple majority, like the budget, stressing the
    need for consensus on strategic issues.

    This comes amid remarks
    from deputies of National Alliance refers to their adoption laws are
    broken in the same way that the budget approved last week.

    Al-Bayati said the State of law Coalition, "world", "there are two types
    of important laws, one service will resort to a democratic majority,

    consensus."

    for the Constitution and articles".

    He stressed his keenness to
    "communicate with the Kurds and Iraqi partners to pass a package of laws
    contribute to nation-building and the provision of services to
    citizens," not to the possibility of recourse to the majority but when
    unable to build a consensus on a number of laws ".

    Al-Bayati said
    that "passing the budget was aimed at my arms and not the imposition of
    a fait accompli, but was forced and not a choice, and we turned to him
    when we felt that the budget would remain pending for months, we do not
    want to cause the budget to be the wrong message to others."

    And
    "We affirm that the Government of national partnership will remain past
    the end of this session, and we are not in a political majority and laws
    if we can forge strategic and cross-compatibility is coming better and
    better, but if we fail, we must resort to the majority that we hope will
    be comfortable, but not a majority, but we won't dwell too much on
    consensus and understanding".
