Hakim calls for the activation of the central principle of administrative and granting the provinces wider powers

Tomorrow Press / Baghdad: The head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, Ammar al-Hakim to activate the administrative central principle and granting the provinces wider powers. Hakim said in a statement issued by the Information Office, received "tomorrow Press," that "it is necessary to invest activation in the provinces to overcome the financial crisis in Iraq, "reaffirming" the importance of activating the administrative central principle and the need to give wide powers to the provinces. " He pointed to "the importance of developing appropriate security plans in support of the security and stability of the provinces," stressing the "ground down by officials and attention to aspects of service and removal of the provincial councils for harassment political. " He called Hakim to "activate the local Revenue Code and take the provincial share of the overall budget and planned projects to the provinces in proportion to population density."
