[size=16]When I get home at the end of a long day, the last thing I need to do is stand at the stove and stir risotto for 30 minutes! With this EASY PARMESAN RISOTTO, you combine rice and chicken stock together in a Dutch oven, cover, and bake it for 45 minutes. All you need to do at the end is to give the risotto a big vigorous stir, add some white wine, butter, peas and grated Parmesan cheese, and you can serve the most delicious creamy bowls of Parmesan risotto for dinner - without breaking a sweat![/size]
