Baghdad/... The Economist revealed the name of Antoine, Saturday, about the real reasons behind the deterioration of the economy substantially and disrupt infrastructure projects in the country.
Antoine said "Iraq News" eye, "one of the main reasons for the deterioration in the economy affect the country is political extortion and monopoly are particularly add to the lack of important legislation to protect the national economy, including the law on the protection of the product and the non-implementation of decisions on the matter.
He added that "the proportion of wealth or money smuggled out of the country about 5 to 10% of the economic resources of the country", noting that "most of the money for the Center and is used outside the country."
He stressed that "the State and the implementation of laws on money laundering and alkmret tariff and follow-up in addition to censoring sources make sure loans allocated to private sector projects", of "most of those loans which launches to waltgarin and agricultural industrialists go misplaced." end quote/3
