     BAGHDAD - morning
         For its House of Representatives, which was scheduled to be held yesterday to discuss the Turkish incursions into Iraqi territory to Wednesday's {lack of quorum »caused« not possible »the presence of all the deputies of the Kurdistan Alliance.

    It was supposed to hold the House of Representatives, on Tuesday, meeting to discuss the Turkish incursion in the territory of the country, as well as vote on forensic medicine law and discuss the four other laws.
