    Search head of the Iraqi Business Council in Amman Dr. Majid Saadi with French Ambassador to Jordan David Bertolotti Sunday, ways to enhance cooperation between French and Iraqi companies affiliated to the Council of the two countries to increase trade exchanges.

    A press release said the Council briefed "light News," a copy of it today, "it was research the possibility of intensifying the exchange of visiting trade delegations to the private sector to identify the investment opportunities available in both countries, particularly that there are many French companies to invest in Iraq, especially the areas and industries."

    During the meeting, which was attended by Vice-Chairman of the Iraqi Business Council and the Secretary General Saad Naji and deputy director Abeer discuss the renewal of granting multiple Schengen visa to members of the Council and their families Agreement.

    In turn, the French ambassador to the existence of interest of his government to attract Iraqi investors and increase trade cooperation between the GCC companies and French companies, stressing its readiness to grant all facilities to companies wishing to invest in France.

    The volume of trade exchange between Iraq and France arrived billion euros in 2014, including 600 million euros for the benefit of Iraq and concentrated in oil exports, while imports include electrical and mechanical equipment.
