    It announced that the Department ofRegistration of companies in the Ministry ofCommerce, on Sunday, the completion of theestablishment of 98 national companies and recording seven representative offices of foreign companies during the month of May , transactions, and revealed the referral of 242 company to theInvestigating Judge for violating the guidelines and instructions, while confirming the study of the final accounts of the number of national companies 2049 company. The Director General of the Department ofRegistration of companies in the Ministry of Commerce Ferial Akram Abdullah , in a statement received (range Press), a copy of which, " The Angels department completed the establishment of 98 national company transactions during the month of May , " indicating that " the circle has issued several resolutions concerning the amendment of contracts companies were divided between the capital increase and the integration of theaccounts of the company and liquidation of company accounts. " She said Abdullah, " The month of May also saw a record seven representative offices of foreign companies and branches of a foreign company, and documented 98 companies registered and pointing lecturer and refer 242 company to the Investigating Judge for violating the guidelines and instructions , " pointing out that " the department examined the final accounts of the number of national companies 2049 national company, in addition to integrating the accounts of 23 companies, and increase the share capital of 28 companies. " 
    She continued , Director General of the registrar of companies, that" the department also has to liquidate theaccounts of 10 companies and modify held 44 joint - stock company and the study of the accounts of theoffices and branches of foreign companies to 53 companies. "
