The statement came after a round of talks held by the delegation in Sulaymaniyah, and apparently failed to convince the Kurdish leaders to end boycott their deputies and their ministers to thegovernment and parliament sessions.

"
The statement added, " The delegation was sent by the Prime Minister Haider al - Abadi in person and has the task ofgovernment is not to call their offices nor any link."
