    Baghdad/JD/...The Finance Committee announced that the amount of oil savings for last year amounted to 22 trillion dollars.

    Committee
    member, said Magda Abdel Latif al-Tamimi told reporter/JD/the amount of
    oil savings achieved since the beginning of last year until the
    thirty-first of October amounted to 22 trillion dollars.

    And that
    the Committee would inquire on how to divert these savings, as well as
    calculating savings over the past years and how to exchange projects or
    support.
    The Finance Committee has confirmed that the abundance ratio
    in balance will show up after the sixth month of the year, noting that
    citizens had not touched because of improvement projects.

    She is a
    member of the Finance Committee, Najib/najiba JD/: the budget passed
    and nothing has changed so far, most appointments went to contractors
    with State ministries.

    She added: despite the improvement in
    capital spending by 40%, the average citizen did not find reflection the
    budget positively because of the large backlog of ongoing projects.

    The
    abundance ratio of the financial budget will show up after the sixth
    month of the year, expected improvement in social welfare network
    salaries.

    التخطﯿط Ministry revealed the formation of a Committee
    of three which controls and mechanisms to distribute 25% of المالﯿه
    revenue النفطﯿه galore at المواطنﯿن.

    The Ministry's spokesman
    Abdul الزھره Al-Hindawi told reporters earlier that a tripartite
    Committee comprising the Ministry of التخطﯿط and المالﯿه and the
    representative of the Ministry of المالﯿه البرلمانﯿه is تشكﯿلها of
    controls and mechanisms to distribute 25% of المالﯿه revenue النفطﯿه
    galore on the citizens. "

    This year's budget included a paragraph
