Secured the command of the force naval force to protect oil ports in territorial waters.
According to a defense ministry statement received by all of Iraq [where] a copy of which was "large and within its duties series, the command of the naval force to secure protection of the oil ports in territorial waters and commercial platforms floating in it."
He added that "this job comes through the base Um Qasr naval undertaken to protect the territorial waters of southern Iraq over the rotating boats that roam Khorabd God day and night around the clock."
The statement noted that "the strength Aoadha inspect ships entering and leaving the ports and make sure their identities and their cargo, in addition to providing various aid marine pieces including medical and humanitarian assistance when exposed to the incidents in the deep sea to save them.
