    Confirmed Iraq, its commitment to reduce itsoil production and abide by his agreement with other producing countries, while detect the presence of several options in this regard ,including the response to maintenance requirements demanded by international companies operating Bhcolh, between the production reaching four million and 800 thousand barrels per day, and has " potential energy "to strengthen in the coming years. 
    He said the oil minister, Abdul - Jabbar Luaibi, in an interview with Reuters in the Austrian capital, Vienna, I followed ( the long - Presse) that "Iraq undertakes to reduce the rate of production in line with OPEC 'sdirection and oil producers outside to support prices , " adding that "Iraq has the potential energy to promote oil production during the coming years. " 
    He revealed Allaibi for "Iraq 's reviewing several options to reduce the production , including reducing theproduction of the Kirkuk field, South fields supervised by the government and international oil companies , " stressing that " the reduction will abide by terms that have been agreed upon with OPEC." 
    The minister added that "Iraq has multiple options to achieve reduction of production , " noting that "some international oil companies have maintenance requirements in some fields, as an opportunity to reduce theirproduction . " He Allaibi that "Iraq 's production reached 4.0008 million bpd . " He expressed hope that "what is compensated Siqls from production through improved prices." 
    For his part, he said the ministry spokesman, Assem Jihad, in an interview (long - Presse) " The last meeting between OPEC members and producers outside the organization , which was held in the Austrian capital Vienna, saw the agreement to reduce production in an important step complementary to the right direction ofwhat was made by OPEC "noting that" the agreement producers within and outside OPEC , which gets for thefirst time, came to restore balance to the market and control the oversupply that led to lower prices. " 
    Jihad promised, that " the agreement is a message to speculators and producers of oil shale that producing countries seek to put an end to the deterioration of oil prices , " noting that " the agreement positively reflected on the oil market and raise oil prices." 
    The oil producers inside OPEC and outside, they agreed on Saturday ( the tenth of December , the current 2016), to restrict crude production to reduce oversupply in the market after the continuing low prices for more than two years, which has put pressure on the budgets of many countries and triggered unrest in some ofthem.
