    Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed that "state employees, retirees and the ration card allocations salaries and beneficiaries of social protection network, fully insured in the general budget, despite the possibility of delay paid during the final months of next year.

    "The parliamentary finance committee, according to its powers, transferred 400 billion dinars from the budget to service projects in progress or completion of new projects in various sectors."

    And on the possibility of challenging the terms of the general budget and the amendments added on them, "The right of the Council of Ministers, if found that the paragraphs of the budget are not commensurate with the financial realities of the country, said the appeal to the Federal Court," while noting that "the government can appeal a paragraph or paragraphs or overall the budget, and there is no fear of a parliamentary government challenged the budget and its amendments. "
