    Revealed Iranian handicrafts Foundation for Iraq to import more than half of Iran 's handicrafts exports during 2016. As Iraq promised the "most important" surrounding markets, referring to the Iranian government 's quest to develop its market in Iraq after Daesh stage. 
    The general director of the Foundation of Buea Mahmoodian, in a press interview I followed ( the long - Presse), said that "Iraq accounted for approximately 51.1% of the total Iranian handicraft exports during 2016," he returned that "Iraq is the most important markets around Iran." 
    Mahmoodian added that " the improved security situation in Iraq will help the best programs to attend markets in this country develop , " pointing to " the lack of a permanent handicraft markets in the Iranian provinces of Iraq." 
    He noted Iranian official to seek his country 's government "to develop its market in Iraq after Daesh stage, by supporting exporters and dissemination of the culture of handicrafts through buying and shopping sites handicraft Iran through the Internet and set up their own databases."
