Parliamentary Services Committee made it clear on Thursday that a draft resolution considered the economic capital of the province of Basra Iraq would make it parallel to the UAE city of Dubai in terms of infrastructure and will give them 10% of the petrodollar funds.
The committee member said Tawfiq al-Kaabi told / information / "The House of Representatives ended the day, the first reading of the draft proposal is a province of Basra economic capital, which will increase the proportion of their funds from the petro dollars to 10% thanks to the presence of other oil fields untapped by the oil companies, as well as about having to create a new commercial outlets for future investment plans. "
