Today we need to benefit from international experiences similar, especially the Chinese experience that gives local product priority in employment, where state institutions are dependent on the local product by a large margin, and hence the importance of the employment of such experiments in our country to serve the Iraqi economy, especially that it will maintain the Ras cycle money within the country.
