    Date: 01/25/2013 10:09:20 Friday

Baghdad (news) .. Called a member of the Committee on the economy and investment MP / National Alliance / Salman al-Moussawi, the need to quickly pass the budget during the month because delay will affect the work of departments and state institutions.

Moussawi said (of the Agency news): Despite the claims of some MPs to redistribute the financial allocations for the provinces and the region according to the population, but the number of economic and investment commission insists on parliamentary law passed during the coming period.

He added: that the budget of the Kurdistan Region, which accounted for (17%) of the federal budget is large and does not represent the true proportion of the population of the region, pointing out that most MPs are demanding downwards along the lines of Iraq's provinces.

And stressed: that the delay in approving the budget would disrupt the work of government departments and institutions with respect to the implementation of investment projects because the launch of financial allocations by the federal government will be delayed.

The Ministry of Finance announced that the proposed budget for the year (2013) amounted to (113) billion dollars, and the price of oil (90) dollars per barrel.
The Cabinet has sent the budget year to the House of Representatives for the purpose of debating and voting on them. / End / 8. N. P /
