He pointed out that the industry before 2003 was providing nearly 14% of the federal state budget, adding that the national industry is deliberately neglected by government agencies supported by foreign policies, the most important of which is Iran, which supports parties and a Shiite bloc

And Saudi Arabia, which supports the blocks and Sunni parties, noting that the Iraqi market is full of the poor industries of those countries, which made Iraq the arena for the disposal of consumer goods.

For his part, said the expert and former president of the Federation of Iraqi Industries Hashim Thnon Atrakgi that "the Ministry of Industry owns many companies, including military manufacturing companies and then the Ministry of Industry has a plan to reduce companies that have a single production target."

"The step of merging companies with unified production is aimed at reducing the cost of production and unifying the labor force within one company, which will lead to the unification of production lines," Al-Atraqji told Al-Jiranal News.

He added that "the plan to integrate companies in the Ministry of Industry goes on but without specifying the productive objective of the quality of industries and there is no specific ceiling for that production prepared by the Ministry of Industry, pointing out that there are many companies in the ministry unemployed and unproductive and its employees suffer undeclared unemployment and permanence One week ".

"There should be a plan put in place by the government to restart the factories and factories that have been suspended, and until now we have not seen a feasibility study or real planning to reinvigorate those losing companies and turn them into winners."

He pointed out that "the government should develop a plan in the way of work for those companies and according to what is known as the partnership between the private sector and the public that the state 51% of those companies and the private sector owns 49% and then there is a guarantee for the operation of companies losing, The next step of the state and not a shy plan without goals.
