    Turkish Foreign Minister Mouloud Gawishoglu on Tuesday called for the Iraqi government to control the border crossings between Iraq and Turkey, while urging northern Iraq to take a step to address the referendum crisis.
    "The border crossings with the Iraqi side must be under the control of the Baghdad government," Oglu said in remarks published by the Anatolia news agency.
    He added that "the opening of the crossing" Ovajik "technically possible, but the government of Baghdad first to secure the side of the crossing on their part and create the passage corridor.
    "If this mistake (referendum) is reversed, our relations with them will be restored," Oglu said. "It is not too late. Barzani's administration can still take a step to deal with it." Ending / 25
