The general commander of the armed forces Haider Abadi, on Tuesday, the illegal referendum conducted by the Barzani government ended that ended after the entry of federal forces to Kirkuk and disputed areas, between the approach of the government to draw the border peace, contrary to the blood.
"The referendum is now over and it has become the past and we call for dialogue under the constitution," Abbadi said in his speech during the weekly conference held by his office in Baghdad and attended by the agency.
He pointed out that "our approach is to draw the borders in peace, contrary to their desire for blood," adding that "I am committed to what I previously announced the extension of federal authority throughout Iraq."
