    The deputy of the province of Basra, Amer al-Fayez, on Wednesday, the agreement of the province's deputies with Prime Minister Haider Abadi on the share of Basra from the budget in 2018, while announced that the agreement ensured that the proportion of 5% of the budget.
    Al-Fayez said that "it was agreed with Abbadi that the share of Basra in the budget of 2018 5%, indicating that the debts of oil-producing provinces petrodollar will remain a debt to the government, pointing out that all these agreements so far not included within the budget law.
    He continued, "The deputies of the oil-producing provinces negotiated with Abadi, headed by MP for the province of Basra, Jabar al-Abbadi and was agreed with the Prime Minister to be in the province of Basra in the budget of 2018, 5% of the budget," noting that "this agreement has not been guaranteed so far. The budget law is now being amended in the Finance Committee of the parliamentary and we await completion of completion to see whether we include our demands.
     
    He added that "the previous benefits of oil-producing provinces of the petrodollar will remain debts to the federal government and spend 20 percent per month for the ages of oil-producing provinces in the event of funds available to the government," noting that "these agreements are now verbal, but the requirement to include within the budget either a letter from the government or Within the amendments of the Finance Committee and so on we reject.
