    "The three agreements signed by the Qatari armed forces will contribute significantly to enhancing the capabilities and efficiency of the Air Force by owning the best and most modern aviation fleet in the world," said Brigadier Mushout Faisal Al Hajri, Commander of the Air Force's Amphibious Wing.     "The agreement includes the training of pilots, technicians and arms operators," he said. 

    "The second agreement was signed with MBA, one of the best companies in the world to arm helicopters," Brigadier Al-Hajri said. "It includes arming aircraft with long-range missiles for combat aircraft, Apache and helicopter."

    The third agreement, the commander of the helicopter wing of the Amiri Air Force that it "includes the purchase of two of the simulators of the aircraft" NH90 "for training purposes," pointing out that "the three agreements will significantly support the system of modernization and development witnessed by the Amiriyah Air Force, Armament, training and rehabilitation, in accordance with the plans and strategies of the Qatari armed forces. " 

    Leonardo's CEO, Alessandro Profumo, said the NH90 helicopter is the most versatile in its class and will be equipped with a range of integrated systems developed and delivered by the company to meet the most challenging requirements.

    The Qatari Air Force also signed an agreement with Lockheed Martin, the American company, for the acquisition of a reconnaissance device for combat fighters. Brigadier General Salim Abdullah Nayef Al Dosari, Officer of the Rafal Aircraft Project, said: "The agreement is an addition to the Qatari Emiri Air Force, noting that the surveillance device, or so-called" Sniper Pod "is considered one of the best scoring devices in the world.
