The Director of the South Projects Authority, Mahmoud Abbas, said that the Minister of Oil Jabbar al-Allaibi during his meeting with the Production Authority and the Opinion Authority issued a binding directive to refer all projects in the Ministry of Oil to the sectors of extraction and liquidation and gas to the companies oil projects and engineering equipment, as well as the JMC joint licensing fields for oil licensing rounds, Oil projects and engineering equipment, in accordance with the competence to submit their bids with the rest of the competition companies.
He stressed that in the absence of any draft of them or the apology of the two companies for implementation shall be assigned to a rate of not less than 25% of the volume of work assigned to others according to capacity and competence, pointing out that the direction of Allaibi comes within the continued support of the Ministry of Oil Projects Company and its bodies in the south and center, And the development of technical and financial capabilities, which will be reflected positively on the reality of the people of the provinces of the south to enable the granting of new and large employment opportunities and continuously.
